Kodak Black released; Gets house arrest & probation
Kodak Black, born Dieuson Octave, received a sentence of one year of house arrest followed by five years probation. He was not adjudicated, which means he will not be a convicted felon and will be allowed to tour internationally.
He is to be released from jail today or tomorrow, according to reports from the Sun-Sentinel.
After initially pleading not guilty to numerous charges including robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent, Black pleaded no contest to all of the charges under the plea deal, approved in Tuesday’s hearing by Judge Lisa Porter.
